These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the D4rk Rebel Games website and the games and applications we publish (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our games

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. Games obtained through a platform store (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a console store) are also subject to that store’s terms. For apps obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a game provides its own license.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software that modifies or automates gameplay;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Services, except as permitted by law;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Purchases and virtual items

In-app purchases are processed by the platform store and subject to its payment and refund policies. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed rather than sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including all games, characters, artwork, music, logos, and the D4rk Rebel Games name, are owned by D4rk Rebel Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D4rk Rebel Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
