This Privacy Policy explains how D4rk Rebel Games (“D4rk Rebel Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website (d4rkrebel.com) and the video games and applications we publish on mobile, desktop, and console platforms (together, the “Services”).
1. Who we are
D4rk Rebel Games is an independent video game developer and publisher. We are the entity responsible for the information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
This website. This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics, and does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of a request) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are not used to identify you.
Our games. Depending on the game and platform, we may collect limited information needed to operate the game, such as:
- Device and technical data (device model, operating system version, language, crash and performance reports);
- Gameplay data (progress, settings, and in-game activity) needed to save your game and improve balance and stability;
- Purchase records for in-app purchases, which are processed by the platform store (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Where a game collects any information beyond what is described here, or uses third-party services such as advertising or analytics SDKs, that game’s store listing and in-game privacy notice will describe what is collected and why, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. How we use information

If we learn that we have collected such information without consent, we will delete it. Any game directed at children will comply with applicable children’s privacy laws and platform family policies.
